Quick and Easy Assembly System
The contact latching of WEG’s products (buttons, selection switches and pilot lights) use special, quick fitting flanges. The new mehanical flange system allows its removal in a practical and quick way without requiring any tools.
The blocks allow individual assembly and removal without affecting the others.
The entire series can be quickly mounted (just one “click”) and may be disassembled using a common acrewdriver.
The ergonomic design of the new fixing ring allows manual tightening of the device, not requiring the use of other tools. A lighter and safer tightening method to assemble WEG’s Pushbuttons and Pilot Lights.
Contact Blocks – Safety and Relyability
High efficiency, self-cleaning contact bridges.
Pure silver (Ag100) contacts guarantee maximun reliability in various applications and the possibility of usage in low level control circuits (5mA/12V).
NC contacts with “Positive Break” system, which guarantees the breaking of the circuit.
Wide range of accessories including plate holders, emergency plate, protective covers for pushbuttons, fixing and extracting keys for lamps and fixing rings, spare lenses and covers (spare or for identification purposes).
